Please be assured that your items will ship out within two days of purchase.
RETURN POLICY & INSTRUCTIONS
Tights, bodytights, bodyliners, and bras are considered “intimate apparel” and cannot be returned for any reason due to our Personal Hygiene Policy. If other merchandise is returned in “as new” condition in it’s original packaging within 15 days of a purchase, a credit for the item will be issued to the method of payment used when the order was placed. If merchandise is opened, a store credit will be issued in the form of a gift card. All returns MUST include a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number issued by Standing Ovation Performance Apparel. Requests must be emailed to email@example.com. Returns we receive damaged because of inadequate packaging will be limited to a store credit at Standing Ovation Performance Apparels’ discretion.
ERRORS, DEFECTS, OR DAMAGED ITEMS
In the unlikely event that we’ve made an error with your order or a product is defective or damaged in shipping, please call us immediately at 260.483,1633 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can make it right!
INSTRUCTIONS FOR RETURNS & EXCHANGES
1. Email email@example.com to receive an RMA number.
2. Fill out the form and email back to firstname.lastname@example.org.
3. Carefully and securely package the item(s) you wish to return. Include the emailed label to the package and ship back via USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
4. Please allow up to 7 business days for processing of any returns.
